Refund & Exchange Policy

Refund Policy


  • All sales are final; cash refunds are not provided.
  • Claims for damaged merchandise must be made within 3 days of delivery. 
  • If a damage claim is approved, a coupon code of equal value will be issued within 1-2 business days.
  • Claims and exchanges may take 1–2 weeks to process.

Exchange Policy


Purchases may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition, with tags attached/uncut and in its original packaging.
*Used or misused items are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange Process:
The product(s) must be repacked and sent back through a traceable courier service that provides a tracking number and proof of shipment, such as TCS or Leopards. The shipment must include the original receipt, tags attached/uncut, and all original packaging materials.

Note: Before proceeding, please check the available items and sizes in any category. Further, the delivery charges will not be refunded.
