Delivery Information
- Timeframes: Orders confirmed before 4 PM are shipped on the same day, while those received after 4 PM are processed and shipped the next day. Shipments are dispatched only after order verification via email.
- Unexpected Delays: Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods such as holidays or special sales. If your order is unexpectedly delayed, please reach out to customer support for assistance.
- Locations: We provide delivery for items purchased on our website across Pakistan. International shipping outside of Pakistan is currently unavailable.
- Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.
- Incorrect Shipping Address: Please double-check that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not liable for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered to the address provided for the order. Upon inquiry, we will verify the delivery details, including the address, delivery date, tracking information, and shipping carrier, to assist the customer in further investigation.
